TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I frequently teach adult painting classes a week out of my studio. Usually 3-4 classes a week with 4-8 students per class.
I have taught art to adults, children, and teenagers throughout the Upper Valley for the last 15 years in a variety of venues, programs, and communities.
Summer 2006 and 2007 - Tip Top Art Camp for ages eight years and up. I collaborated 2 sessions for a weeklong art program with Amy Robb, owner of the Tip Top Pottery Studio in White River Junction, VT We had ages 8 to 16 year olds in our program. I taught plein air landscape painting, studio painting, color theory, and we experienced many different kind of mediums. Our sessions were full.
Summer 2004 and 2005 - Developed and taught week long summer programs for children through the Norwich Recreation Dept.
Summer 2003 - Art Director for Camp Tel Noar, Hampstead NH Designed and implemented an art program for a Jewish overnight camp with 250 campers, ages 8 - 18. Supervised a staff of 5
1995 - present: Mud Season Art Class- Sponsored through the Norwich Recreation Department, I teach an after school art and creativity class for children during “mud season”
1994 - present: AVA Gallery, Lebanon NH - I have taught various painting classes to adults, teens, and children through out the years
2001 and 2002: The League of NH Craftsman - taught clay to children
1990 - 2005: Upper Valley Jewish Community - Taught Religious School to a variety of age groups throughout the years, eventually settling on 3rd grade for about 10 years.
